What is the difference between yoga teacher training and meditation teacher training?

Yoga TT (teacher training) focuses more on the connection to the body and involves a more physical aspect than meditation which involves sitting, silence, concentration or absorption. Both are beneficial to your mental health as well as yoga TT being good for your physical health. According to Patanjali, Yoga promotes the unison of body and mind with the cosmic whole and ideates  wellness of human beings- physically, mentally and spiritually. Meditation is a part of yoga, providing endless benefits to ones wellbeing.
